tara pollio floral-event design takes pride in customizing your event to your needs.  To do so means looking at many factors including individual preferences, style and overall design inspiration. To determine if we are a "fit", a complimentary in office consultation is offered.  Once you have decided to engage our services, an in depth consultation will take place at your event site.  We will explore all the creative and colorful ways to make your event YOU! 

Pricing Your Event

Because our design will be customized for you and for your event, we do not offer flat rates, pre-determined packages or price sheets.  For your planning purposes, a good rule of thumb is that your floral and design decor budget should fall around 20% of your entire wedding or event budget.  The total price for overall event design and floral needs will be depend on many variables such as flower choice, season, chosen event space, special requests or style preferences.  Additional items that can impact cost are requests for specialty lighting, linens or other design touches.  Throughout the entire process we will work with you to obtain the best results for your event within the budget agreed upon by you and us.  Because of the level of attention that  is provided to each event or wedding, please note that your fee will be at a minimum of US $5000, inclusive of tax, delivery and installation.

At tara pollio floral-event design, we know that planning all the personal design details for your special event or wedding is important and time consuming work.  Because of our commitment to your event's success, we limit the number of clients with whom we work.  We will not have overlapping obligations on the date of your event.  We have found that this allows us to focus our attention meaningfully on each client, thus ensuring you a beautiful and successful event or wedding.
